Great Blue Hole, Exotic Habitat Fun Divers

Great Blue Hole is a submarine sinkhole off the coast of Belize . This place is located near the center of Lighthouse Reef off the mainland of Belize City . The hole is circular in shape , this hole has a depth of over 300 meters ( 984 feet ) across and 124 m ( 407 feet ) deep . It was formed during several episodes of quaternary glaciation when sea levels are much lower .
These holes are formed when the sea level becomes much lower . Place as one of the heritage sites in the UNESCO world or a place popular among divers . Even so , this place still have to watch out because there are several species of sharks such as hammerheads hius , reef sharks and other species are in the hole . The Great Blue Hole is part of the larger Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System , a World Heritage Site of the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization ( UNESCO ) .
In 2012 then , this place be a place of the most amazing version of the Discovery Channel . Divers will only find corals at the top or the edges of the hole alone .
The lack of incoming sunlight prevents coral growth . Although swarms of sharks also make this place as their home , but still a certified diver makes this hole in their favorite place to dive and enjoy . How about you , , good luck and enjoy ..
